Attendance

Parents can now report students’ absences online via the Parent Portal or the Infinite Campus app. There are three options for medical, domestic, and religious reasons that parents can report absences. This document illustrates how to access this tool on Infinite Campus, and this tutorial video shows where to find the tool and fill out the request form.  

If your student is marked absent, and they were at school that day, the student should talk to their teacher. The teacher will notify the office if a correction is needed. 

Student Cell Phone Usage at Depoali 

Please see the attached memo regarding cell phone usage at Depoali MiddleSchool. This memo outlines the policy around classroom expectations for cell phone and headphone use. Consequences for failure to adhere to the policy are also outlined. Additionally, this memo outlines the NRS regarding filming, photographing, and audio recording without the knowledge of another person on a public school campus. Please make sure to carefully read the memo with your student(s).

Reminder * Third Party Food Deliveries at School 

Students are not permitted to receive third party food or drink deliveries at school at any time, and water is the only approved beverage in classrooms, lockers and hallways.  Example of third party deliveries: DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc. Parents, please refrain from ordering food or drinks to be delivered to students, and students should not order food or drinks directly.
