• This report is printed daily by the attendance clerk 15 minutes after school has ended and given to the administrator who supervises any teacher who has not entered attendance that day.

    Administrator contacts teacher who has not taken attendance to:

    • Have teacher enter attendance for that day.
    • Remind teacher that attendance is to be taken daily.

    AP checks to ensure teacher enters attendance for that day.
