  • NEED A LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION?

    If you need a recommendation, or are using the Common App, you MUST communicate with your counselor so we can get some information from you. You must give your counselor AT LEAST 2 school-weeks notice (we are not working during breaks) to complete a recommendation.

  • Transcripts:

    If you are in need of a transcript (official or unofficial), please CLICK HERE to make a request using the Scrib order system.

     

    • Students are allowed up to 4 free transcripts.
    • It will take about 2 weeks to process your Scrib Order request. Plan ahead!!
    • Counselors cannot provide official transcripts.

    The Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE) is an agreement among WICHE’s 16 members, through which 160+ participating public colleges and universities provide steep nonresident tuition savings for Western students.

  • Senior Exemption form for Off Campus

    Seniors, 

    If you don't meet the merit requirements for off campus, you must submit this form (link above). 

    Please fill out this exemption form and have your parent/guardian sign it, then return to your counselor via email or in person.

    If you are asking for an exemption because you have a job, your counselor also needs a copy of your most recent pay stub.

    If you want/need credit for working, please see the Work study link for info.
