    Kids and teens need somewhere to go for before and after school programs – a place that’s not only safe, fun, and supportive but also filled with enriching activities and an array of learning opportunities. The Club is that place. We offer before and after-school programs at our Clubhouses and select public schools throughout the region in partnership with the Washoe County School District.

  • How We Provide Financial Assistance

    Thanks to sponsors, grants, donors, and other programs, we are able to provide a Club experience to every child, regardless of ability to pay. At the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows, we will help any family that reaches out.

    Criteria and Applications

    Income level, family size, and other criteria determine whether fee assistance is awarded. Many families that qualify for a reduced program fee are not taking advantage of the opportunity simply because they haven’t asked to be considered.
  • Athletics and Programming 
     
    Registration is now open for two basketball leagues: All Stars (K-8th boys & girls) and Ballers (3rd-8th boys & girls).  
     
    Ballers is considered more of a competitive (club) league, whereas the All Star League is more recreational.
