This New Employee Orientation (NEO) page will guide you through the steps necessary to begin your new position as a coach. Please thoroughly review the information below and complete all steps. Some requirements will be completed online, while others require in-person attention.

Step 1: "Final Forms" Account
Contact the school you are coaching at for access to Final Forms.

Step 2: Adobe Sign Hire Packet
- Complete Adobe Sign New Hire Packet electronically
- You will receive an email from Adobe Sign on behalf of your HR Generalist. Please open the email and click the link to complete this packet electronically.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the packet has been successfully submitted.

Step 3: In-Person Forms
After completing this online component of orientation, you will schedule a time to meet with your HR Generalist (Step 7). At this time there will be some additional forms to complete. In preparation please review the resources below.
- W-4 - Employee's Withholding Certificate
- Need assistance completing your W-4? Utilize the IRS Tax Withholding Estimator or consult with a Tax Professional.
There are also forms that are optional. If you wish to submit these they are required to be printed, physically signed and brought to your in-person meeting.

- Direct Deposit Enrollment (optional - if this form is completed you also must bring a voided check or letter from your bank with your routing and account number)
- Self-Reporting Form - Administrative Form HR-F617 (Required only if you have a charge, arrest, or conviction of a crime that was NOT already reported on your employment application)

Step 4: Fingerprinting
All new coaches must be fingerprinted prior to their first day of work, and it is required every five years.

- Fingerprinting is completed at Fingerprinting Express:
- You may schedule an appointment by CLICKING HERE, or walk-ins are welcome.
- Upon arrival, you must present the form listed below. You can show this on your mobile device or bring a printed copy.

- Fingerprinting Express is located at 5000 Smithridge Drive Ste A-9, Reno, NV 89502, in the Trader Joe’s shopping center. It is open 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday and 9AM-3PM Saturday. It is closed on Sunday.
- Bring a valid ID (State ID or passport) to your appointment.
- Once your fingerprinting is completed, your form will be signed and stamped. You must bring this form to your in-person meeting with your HR Generalist.
- Cost of fingerprints will need to be paid at the time of your Fingerprint Appointment: $58.50

Step 5: I9 Verification Prefill
The I-9 verification process is mandatory per the Department of Homeland Security to confirm the employment authorization and identity of individuals hired for employment in the United States.
- CLICK HERE to pre-fill part 1 of Form I-9 online before your meeting with your HR Generalist. Our District's access code is 2363. Please utilize your full legal name.
- After completing this online component of orientation, you will schedule a time to meet with your HR Generalist, at which time you must present verification documents. You can either provide one document from List A, OR a combination of documents - one from List B AND one from list C.

Step 6: Photo for Badge
Please email a photo to use for your badge to your HR Generalist. If you are unable to email a photo, a badge photo will be taken at your in-person appointment. See Support Team Listing (Click on your Generalist name to be directed to their email address)
Use the following criteria for your photo:
- A good likeness of your current appearance, taken within the last six months.
- Your photo must be a clear image of ONLY you (not blurry, grainy, or fuzzy) against a plain background.
- The photo must be a full face-and-shoulders shot, squarely facing the camera.
- You must use a portrait (not landscape) photo that is correctly oriented.
- You must be facing the camera.
- You cannot wear a hat or dark glasses.
- It must be in JPEG file format.

Step 7: Schedule your In-Person Meeting with your HR Generalist

- To access the additional parking lot, drive along the left side of 425 E 9th St (Building A).
- Behind Building A, you will see a yellow double-handled ramp leading to a yellow door.
- Enter through that door; you will be in the Human Resources Welcome Center.
