Student Enrollment and Records is excited to introduce a new workflow system, Informed K12. This system will automate current forms approvals/requests, streamline communication, and offer tracking and reporting features. Informed K12 will help to route forms to the right people at the right time, increase productivity, improve collaboration and reduce errors. You can easily and quickly track where your form is in the workflow process and send reminders if needed.
We are starting with a few workflows, and will be moving towards adding additional workflows by the end of the 24-25 school year.
Informed K12 will go live on Monday, March 10, 2025, after which paper forms for these processes will no longer be accepted.
